BESIDE THE POINT

A bubbly marital accounting as the author tells of her husband, two children and the way they lived on Three Tree Point in Washington. Their experiences as lighthouse (and light house) keepers, with the State Log Patrol, the Army; how they found time off for weddings, hospitalizations and hotel holidays; how they coped with sterns, fire, rescues; not so appreciative neighbors, airplane appoters, Bob's various jobs; what Petey and Robbie's individual adventures led to; what kind of an audience the author had for her writings; and how all of them managed to extricate themselves from the various predicaments in which they landed.
