KIRKUS REVIEW

The principle of brotherhood guides Timmy and his family as they make new friends in a new community. A temporary tent serves as the church in which Timmy's father preaches, and Timmy and his friends invite many members to join. Although he is thwarted by the unpleasant jeers of Biff and his gang, he is rewarded by his friendship with the Mexican boy Roberto, at whose home Timmy's lost puppy has been secretly cared for. Eventually the ""enemies"" come round and the community grows closer. Recommended for church libraries only.
