HAVE YOU SEEN WILHELMINA KRUMPF?

The superclean conformists of old Holland make an easy target for Chasek's antigravity message. True to benign stereotype, Appledoorn Lane's starched housewives -- Gretchen Zeider Zee, Hilda Hoogelman and the rest -- are scandalized when Wilhelmina Krumpf neglects her daily 4:00 window washing for a mysterious errand, from which she returns, with apron awry, humming a little tune. But when the women follow Wilhelmina one day and discover that she is spending the time on a motorcycle, they forget their disapproval for the thrill of tiding along on back. We'd call it run-of-the-dike, with Murdocca's fine line and wash pictures in black, white and gray supplying a bit of jaunty style.
