KIRKUS REVIEW

Part of a general picture in the plans of an English publisher, this expanded essay seems particularly significant and deserves individual publication this side the water. Huxley, scientist and thoughtful student of world affairs, presents his proposals for revolutionizing world politics and human society, and advocates -- in his supposed position as dictator -- some startling measures, which will arouse a certain amount of healthy antagonism and general controversy in scientific and economic circles. Not a book likely to attain wide circulation, but should appeal to thoughtful readers.
