KIRKUS REVIEW

Actually, through the stories of the part radio has played in tragedies of the sea, this book serves as a history of radio on the high seas, from 1906, when it was first put to test, through the Morro Castle disaster. All the high points in maritime calamities are brought together; the human interest aspects are stressed. Makes good reading, for those who can stand it.
