This unpronounceable title comes from a talented author-illustrator. For each page there is a letter (26 different styles of type are used) followed by a single that employs the initial sounds of the letters. The facing pages are four color illustrations of the actions or things described by the jingles. These are interesting for their small, neat whimsey. The type styles range from the familiar to the rustic, and in an alphabet book, where the usual aim is identification and recognition, those odd and overdecorated letters may prove to be more than a little confusing to the uninitiated reader.
