NURSERY NIGHTS

It is hard to tell from galleys just how important the illustrations are to be in this book which is obviously to be read aloud to little girls from four to seven. Winky is just six and has a nursery bursting full of toys and dolls who come alive at night to lead their own lives and live off the doll-house food which becomes so delicious and edible.
