JANE ARDEN, STUDENT NURSE

As a ""probie"" at the hospital in a small Ohio town, Jane at nineteen, has problems -- not only with her training but with her heart and conscience. She is not too sure she loves David, the-boy-next-door, who is off to be a jet pilot; she tries to ignore attractive, persistent Dr. Crandall; she refuses to break any of the student rules. Then she has her sister, Roberta, for an impatient patient and Crandall breaks down her hard won reservations until she realizes he will not go to bat for her when she is threatened with expulsion. Roberta saves the day and Jane saves her heart for David. Uniform uniforms here.
