CORNER OF HEAVEN

Griselle, shy, gauche, unwordly, falls in love with Alan, army doctor, who is infatuated with expensive, much married Mitzi. On the rebound, candid as to his emotional stresses, Alan proposes to Griselle just before he goes to sea. Then he returns to find Mitzi free, but finds he is no longer interested, while Griselle meantime changes her mind, and chooses Alan's crippled brother. No excitement here -- so - so Norris.
