KIRKUS REVIEW

The many problems, medical and marital, that beset Jim Glenn as- after marrying Lucy, a luxury item,-he returns to a small New England town to take up the practice of his father who suicided. The friction between Lucy and himself when Lucy sports around the town with the summer set, the gradual redemption of his practice and exoneration of his father, all keep him anxious and busy until Lucy, the fault not altogether hers, settles down. Occupational romance for unoccupied moments.
