The difference between the U.S. and Germany, as indicated through the concept of freedom, the system of education; cultural reconstruction after the war and the obstacles which prevent the imposition of a new culture on an old; democratic vs autocratic leadership; time perspective and group morale; minority problems and the raising of the Jewish child, etc., often technical in its formulae reasoning, sporadic in coverage; rather confined in appeal.
