A sober, deliberate, carefully defined and organized discussion of a second front in Europe, -- of the best spot for attack, analysis of each country as to objectives to be gained by the attack, geopolitical aspects and the enemy's probable military preparations against such attack. Denmark and the Low Countries and France are shown to form the most logical point from which to launch an invasion, and next considered are the preparations to be made for that attack -- man power, raw materials, transportation, weapons, propaganda and the part to be played by each branch of the service, discussed in detail. Specific suggestions as to tactics, timing, etc., and the recommendation that this invasion must coincide with all-out attacks on every existing front at once, including cooperation between Russian and all other Allied offensives. A hopeful, though cautionary, outlook, whose guideposts are rather to illustrate the complexity of the problem of invasion to the layman, than to be taken literally.
