THE BRONZE ARROW MYSTERY by L.A. Wadsworth

THE BRONZE ARROW MYSTERY

By

Publisher: Farrar & Rinehart

Another Wadsworth mystery story -- and a good one, not only on the score of a good yarn, but well-characterized and well-written. The pace is sustained -- except for a lag in the middle of the book -- as Terry Rowan, 16, spoiled only child of the owner of the Bronse Arrow Bus Line, learns of the mysterious wrecking of one of his father's buses, which is used for the workers of a nearby defense plant -- in New Mexico. Terry becomes involved in a mystery which concerns a man's disappearance, threatening notes, sabotage, etc....In addition to the mystery, the story has merit as good authentic High School material, --lingo and psychology sound.
