Publisher: Simon & Schuster

The Donald Duck, Bugs Bunny and Mickey Mouse adventures are the familiar watered-down versions of the cartoons, with the animated antics disappointingly frozen, and the audio-humor missing, all of which results in slim stories, strained humor, mediocre adaptation of ""stills"" -- with only recognition values remaining.... A jolly introduction to school is offered in Jerry at School, although the young child may be disappointed when he discovers that his kindergarten does not supply the many diversions in the Utopian school in the text- full page illustrations, simple text. A rhymed text and gay pictures of the many pets Peter is considering make a bouncing animal parade in Pets for Peter.
