KIRKUS REVIEW

If just one more cross-ethnic jollity gives you a faint ache between the eyes or if your name is Goldberg and you don't think that's funny at all, at least the owner of Manhattan's ""Goldberg's Pizzeria"" does offer a lot that can be said about, and done with, pizza. There are recipes for basic pizza with various additions: double crust pies; uncrusted ""diet"" dishes; and a few other Italian specialties plus pizza-centered menus. Looks simple, but pizza dough is not simple, so all these dishes need care.
