In residence with Clare and her husband Geoff in their English seaside cottage, where this semi-Gothic skeet shoot takes place, axe tiresomely troubled sitting ducks: three elderly, vaguely related ex-thespians, a nurse, a sinuous housekeeper, and a pretty friend of Clare, Angela, who had been conveniently cast up by a shipwreck. The strange next-door neighbor, Nichol, turns out to have satanic connections to which Angela is in bondage, and a final party -- which a ghost may have crashed -- leaves the evil ones in flames and the others sent off on their happy ways. Thin and silly.
