New York askew, and it looks better than it sounds. Lured by Robert and his boat, the Statue of Liberty gets off her pedestal and visits the other sites of the city--including the Empire State Building--before an approaching ship recalls her to duty. The outrageous spectacle of Liberty striding through the narrow streets, skating in Rockefeller Plaza. will beguile youngsters who have their heads in the clouds, though there's not much solid content to latch on to. The text, for no particular reason, is written in Spanish and English.
