KIRKUS REVIEW

This is a pretty tired tale he tells, in his usual word-drunk manner. Babes in the wood, Rich and Evelyn, have lived a penniless but carefree life, nntil a Hollywood magnate discovers him as a promising scenarist. Result -- the little family splits up, and it takes a kidnapping to bring Rich to his senses and make him give Hollywood the go-by. Shippey has his rental market, but this isn't very good Shippey.
