This four volume project is an exhaustive tour of Europe, not only how to travel with children -- but where -- and what to do with them. The author has more experience than Violet Weingarten (You Can Travel With Children- Dutton-1961), as she has for years traveled with four of them, assembling an enormous amount of information. Vol. I- pre-departure preparation, books, information on inoculations and medicines, luggage and clothes (age-grouped), how to pack, toys, travel media, etc. Successive volumes deal with currencies, language, vital phone numbers, services, summer camps, and child-centered data on museums, shops, castles, special trips, events of special interest, accommodations. A very practical, preliminary reconnaissance.
