The forthright toddler and cheerful big rabbit of Bunny Party (1989) now joined by a delightful baby bunny. Of the two wordless books added to the series this season (Bunny Fun, about a fishing adventure, is a trifle unfocused), Bunny Box is enchanting: while the big bunny, hoping to allay the child's mounting distress, offers one toy after another, the resourceful little one digs the treasured missing blanket from the bottom of the toy box. Perceptive, beautifully drawn, perfect to share. (Picture book. 0-4)
