A good rental item for your conservative readers in a story that might have been sappy froth, but manages to escape and emerge as credible and honest. The story of the molding of a spoiled young girl into a successful wife. The death of her father and the betrayal of her mother thrusts her into hasty marriage, and the problem of meeting in her sister-in-law, her husband's ideal of what a wife should be. The rest of the story is the remaking of the young wife.
