TAKE ME TO YOUR PRESIDENT

Jerry Blackwood, otherwise known as A-1 at his Yorkshire pub, has long believed that given a half hour with the world's leaders, he could eliminate war. His dog wanders, leads him through the guards of a top secret launching station, into England's latest rocket which he inadvertently sets on its way. Landing in a Nevada lake, he assumes a man from Mars identity and after many delays is taken to the President, the British Prime Minister and a Russian official. In somewhat more than an hour he is instrumental in achieving atomic disarmament. Sometimes shrewd, sometimes amusing, this is observant fantasy in a local and international setting.
