KIRKUS REVIEW

For the prospective emigre from the country to this city, this is a pleasant, practical introduction to the life you will lead. Distinguishing between those who find it a wonderful town, and those who dislike and disown it, this goes on to the planning your exodus should entail (money, clothes, where to stay), to getting a job (resumes, agencies, work portfolios, etc.), to finding a place to live with a differentiation of the various sections- and some ideas of costs, and finally to where and how to make friends... For a younger audience- say just out of college primarily.
