AGAINST THE EVIDENCE

A reappearance for the young lawyer, Jesse Falkenstein, and his young bride, Nell, finds him assuming the hopeless case of a backward boy accused of a murder he really seems to have committed. Proceeding on empathy ""against the evidence"", both Jesse and Nell become increasingly vulnerable as Jesse pursues all associations in the dead girl's life, while a Fuller Brush man really cleans up the case.
