KIRKUS REVIEW

The Saint gets involved in international affairs again and is instrumental in keeping France from war for the moment. A fire puts The Saint on the trail, and ultimately he wrecks the plans of a master mind among munition makers. Although he has his detractors, we always find The Saint good entertainment.
