A SHEPHERD REMEMBERS by Leslie D. Weatherhead

Such a prolific writer is apt to make one doubt the quality of his work. It is not true of Weatherhead, however. His own spiritual experience and intellectual capacity are so rich and deep that whether he speaks, writes or preaches he is a man worth listening to attentively. In the twenty-third Psalm he couldn't have chosen a subject of more Catholic interest, nor one on which his own rare gifts could be showered to better advantage. This is the ideal book for Lenten reading for the customer who prefers to spend her time in quiet devotion and meditation rather than exhaust herself with too many classes and services.
