Yet another exercise book, nicely illustrated, clearly captioned, intended for home use for 45 minutes three to five times a week. The exercises, which physical education specialist Michener has devised for overall fitness, have a fairly traditional look--bend, stretch, and relax. It's more attractive than exciting and comes with the standard check-with-your-doctor warning. Not as classy as The Nickolaus Technique (see Kobler & Isaacs, above) but fresh and appealing.
