KIRKUS REVIEW

More Rags adventures (the others are being re-issued) with black and white sketches and color plates by Edgar Norfield. In spite of the 'tentimental attempts to reproduce children's speech (ex. ""p'rhaps"" and ""'telligent"")- an annoying obsession in some English books- these stories of Michael's little dogs, Rags and Tatters, and their friend, Bill the Airedale, and Mr. Binks the Scotty, are jolly and doggy. Mischief of an elementary variety in six short episodes.
