THE CRIMSHAW MEMORANDUM by Lionel White

THE CRIMSHAW MEMORANDUM

By

Pub Date: Dec. 12th, 1966
Publisher: Dutton

Memo turns out to be the full-length dossier compiled by Lt. Martingale on the disappearance-drowning of Harry Crimshaw, a second class entertainer, first rate heel. Then there's his wife--the lovely Marguerite--and the subsequent assaults on a company insurance investigator and Martingale and the more successful motel-murder of a blonde, on the sauce. The ending, in the death house, before they turn on the electricity is another kind of switch. White is an old pro--he doesn't waste a word or a minute.
