WALT AND PEPPER

From third floor windows that face each other across a city street, a cat and dog named Walt and Pepper (cute?) exchange taunts and threats, and at night ""each one dreamed mean things about the other."" That's all, except that when Walt (the dog) goes on vacation, Pepper (you guessed it) is listless and lonely, and when he returns and the insults resume, ""now they were friends just playing a game."" If you go for Well's slurpy sentiments and obvious, slapdash sketches, you might as well take them straight and in animated closeup, as they are here.
