KIRKUS REVIEW

long the lines of the author's Silly Mother (1962, p.171, J-49) but lacking the humor of the earlier book, this gentle story of an annoying little sister who reaks crayons, etc., and is consequently traded by her big sister for a goldfish, weighted down by a too sweet approach to the world of siblings. The end is obvious-- big sister finds life dull in the company of a goldfish, and demands the return of her sister Suzanne.
