KIRKUS REVIEW

A fun to be part of a family sort of story, as three youngsters take over when Mother is laid up, with Alice, nearly nine, a very normal little girl who doesn't find it all fun and glamor and who can quarrel with her brother (and he with her) and can sometimes fall down on the job.
