KIRKUS REVIEW

Little Tipou, an Eskimo boy, makes an igloo for his puppy just as he has seen his father do for the family. And, later, when he is breaking his half grown dog to the sled, they are caught in a blizzard, and the lad uses his head and saves the two of them by making just such another igloo. Howard Simon's pictures are effective in their very simplicity and warmth.
