KIRKUS REVIEW

A revelation of the fact which we know but do not face, that the white world is slipping from its peak of supremacy, and that within every part of it, there is a clash of nationalities, races, interests, which negates the force of opposition, and makes way for the forces of Cummunism, Nationalism, disintegration. As with his challenging Rising Tide of Color, there is much that is controversial, but at the same time, much that is revealing and important for the thoughtful reader interested in international problems.
