CAN DEMOCRACY RECOVER?

A Frenchman uses his heritage as a basis for a discussion of democracy's future. This is all fairly obvious and unoriginal material, -- the weaknesses of democracy, this war, the wining of which demands return to the basic principles of Liberty, Equality, Fteraity, the acceptance of freedom, for each country to have its own government, each person his right to work, a more democratic distribution of profits, and world disarmament, under International federation. Redundant, rhetorical prose.
