Society provides for the insane, the tubercular, etc. Well being of the normal citizen is the next logical step. Hospitalization plans, compulsory sickness insurance in 25 countries, health insurance in England, etc., discussed in some detail. The author pleads a good case and the book is a challenge to thoughtful readers interested in social legislation.
