A collection -- selected by the author himself -- which indicates a wider range of talent, a greater variety in handling verse forms, tan most of Louis Untermeyer's readers will have realized. Most of the poems included have been previously published. There are a few new ones -- both poems and parodies, that have not been published previously, in book form.
