NO POCKETS IN SHROUDS

Feminine to a degree that provides every possible irritation for Lt. Bates in a double Louisville murder involving the same six suspects, and a will worth many millions as motive. His many approaches to a solution are fouled up by ""Aunt Charlotte"" and ""Miss Julia"" (who tells the story) who run well-meaning interference, who are protective to all suspects. Some pretty phony operations before the guilty one is spotted, but the story is entertaining, with a new angle or two.
