CHILDREN OF NORTH AFRICA by Louise A. Stinetorf

CHILDREN OF NORTH AFRICA

By

Publisher: Lippincott

A collection of little stories about native as well as European children, mostly on the northern fringes of the dark continent. Built up from the author's personal experiences or observations they picture the varied types and races that occupy a part of the globe suddenly become a focal point of interest for young Americans. The stories are good in incident but somewhat dull and attenuated in style and presentation -- and, I regret, just a bit patronizing in tone.
