Very dull -- and an amateurish approach to recounting of Indian tales handed down to the author by her grandmother who had been a mission teacher. Question and answer in story form --recollection of experiences as a missionary, of visits to an Indian village, of learning to ride an Indian pony, of life among the toe village Indians, of being lost on a trail and viewing the religious ceremony of the Corn Dance. Devoid of the essential spark of life. Authentic but uninteresting.
