KIRKUS REVIEW

A cardboard book on plastic rings, with pictures by Elizabeth Logan which seen unattractive. The main objection however is that Tommy finds a different toy on every other step of the main stair-case and later comes down bump past them. Are we to bring up our children to carefully place things where they can be most hazardous? This would be most defeating to the efforts of the Red Cross First Aid groups!
