He suggests ways in which to insure mental activity as a habit, thus preventing a waste of undeveloped powers. He includes reading tests for retaining what is read, cultivating memory, work with numbers, lists of general information questions, a thorough going quiz on how to know yourself -- and plenty of anecdotes about people who have succeeded and people who have failed. Radio popularity should help.
