KIRKUS REVIEW

Although this book was published in 1933 and received with tremendous enthusiasm in England only a handful know it over here. The drawings by Snaffles are inimitable and the stories of all forms of sport are just as good. It gives a taste of the Hunting Country, then an Irish Point-to-Point, then a swell Fishing yarn and an equally swell Snipe shooting expedition, then back to the Horse. A natural additional sale along with the new Snaffles 'Osses and Obstacles. Stock them both for Christmas.
