KIRKUS REVIEW

A simple text and some quite imaginative pictures by Loran Wilford follow a circus train through a season of typical activity- as it leaves winter quarters, feeds its animals, trains, gives a performance, rests, and so forth. The pictures are the most striking part of the book, for their luminous hues and portrayal of the massive, they have an immediately arresting quality.
