PETER PIPER'S PICKLED PEPPERS

Companion volume to Billy Button's Buttered Biscuits, following the same idea of the story back of a nursery rhyme, using constant sound repetition (in this case, the letter P). Here at last is an entertaining and satisfactory answer to the eternally recurrent If and Where of the famous old jingle. The answer a pig, who was pining away because he alone had no taste of the famous pickled peppers. Good nonsense with amusing pictures of Katherine Milhous.
