WEEKS AND WEEKS

Until a series of ardent campaigns sidetracked their interest, the people of Pleasant Prairie were satisfied to pursue a normal routine and to have Mr. Hobbs photograph any Big Moment in Life that came along. Now that Swat-That-Fly Week, Fly-A-Kite Week, Hot-Dog-Week, Paint-Up Week and a whole slew of other Weeks had descended upon the community, the people had no time for Big Moments in Life. Stephen and Suzy help impose order on this round of frantic obsessions and Mr. Hobbs settles down once again to photographing the Things That Really Count. Abner Graboff's very special, very funny pictures are responsible for most of the humor and Mabel Watts' sense of word rhythm ably carries the listener from Week to Week.
