Reminiscent of Sullivan's World of Idella May, in that it's a ruthless exposure of the inner workings of a woman with feet of clay. Lily is 28, beautiful and brilliant, successful in her career, happily married for eight years. Becoming bored with her comfortable rut, she decides to explore the unknown. In the course of one day she encourages the advances of four men, one of whom unfortunately gets murdered, and suspicion is directed at Lily. How she finagles her way through the intricacies of the situations she has precipitated, stages a hot and heavy romance with the investigator, and ultimately wins back to her still- adoring husband may intrigue the rental addicts.
