RATHINA

Girls of ten to fourteen will love this story of the six Donovans who live in Rathina, a beautiful place near Dublin. Eileen trains a horse in secret; there are high teas, a grand old nurse, fox hunts and all the charming aspects of well- to-do Irish life. The author's Old John has made many friends. The jacket is too horrible and does not convey any of the spirit of the book.
