The Bechdolt book is possibly something of a sop to the television crew, for here is a rip roaring Western, one step from the comics, along with three other horse stories. The pictures, too, fall into that category. The animal stories in CHATTERLY SQUIRREL deal with country animals such as moles, groundhogs, etc. with a bit of more remote concern in a camel story and a bear cub story. Reasonably good tale spinning; the pictures I didn't like. Watch your bindings; the reinforcements are inadequate and tend to curl.
