THE MAN WHO LOVED ZOOS

From the moment when a whole bus load of passengers are found dead, and a young Viet vet (he's the zoo watcher) rifles their pockets to lift what he can -- you'll want to leave the driving to Mr. Bosse even if you won't know where he's taking you. There's a short, heavy, lonely, obsessed man who's an art dealer but also an agent and, on the other hand, a librarian-astrologist who reads people in conjunction with just what's happening. Mr. Bosse's urgent entertainment has a lot going for it and a lot going on -- it's also likable, literate and full of startling side effects.
